A single cask bottling of Inchgower from The Scotch Malt Whisky Society. Distilled 18th September 2007 and bottled after 15 years maturation initially in an ex-bourbon hogshead and then finished in a 1st Fill ex-Oloroso sherry hogshead. Bottled at 60.9% ABV. One of 273 bottles. Named 'Two for One'.

Sweet, with an interesting lactic character. Chocolate buttercream icing and Krispy Crème donuts. Fresh chili peppers and a little sea salt. Pomelo and some perfume.
Palate
Medium texture, drying. Arrives with salt, perfume, and grapefruit zest, developing to charred oak and a hint of smoke.
Finish
Sweet and oily. Goat cheese, orange, and vanilla.
