Nose
Caramelised nuts, marzipan and cinnamon butter. Sugared almond, cracked caramel and brandy butter. Impressive depth.
Palate
Waxy vanilla, apricot jam and hints of dry smoky tea, with a touch of oak char. Waxy texture with lapsang souchong and dried apricot. A rich, complex, and smooth taste.
Finish
Burnt brown sugar and cigar box. Full of charm, with lingering smoke in the old-fashioned Highland style. Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
