This Inchmurrin 2014 9 Year Old is an independent bottling by Thompson Bros. The Thompson Brothers, Phil and Simon, established one of the world's leading whisky bars in Dornoch before starting their own whisky and gin production. Inchmurrin is a single malt produced at the Loch Lomond distillery, known for its fresh and fruity character.

Green apples, chamomile tea, osmanthus, crisp green peppers, mellow oak spice; cloves, ginger, mace and vanilla. Very bright, fresh and fruity with tropical notes and lime peel.
Palate
Tropical fruits continue, with pineapple, lychee, dried mango. Green apple peel, citrus peel and a hint of the wood spice from the nose.
Finish
