Nose
Rich oak, caramel hard candies, almond cake, vanilla, desiccated coconut, with hints of juniper, lemon balm, and spring scents of wild onion and dried grass.
Palate
Soft and sweet, with vanilla, almond, hazelnut, caramel, yellow birthday cake, burnt sugars, and toffee. Also notes of baking spice, brown sugar, ripe white fruits, chocolate coconut, and a savory touch of avocado oil, with bright toasted peppercorns and cereal notes.
Finish
Long, slightly drying, and sweet with refined sugars and nutty coffee cake. Lingering earthy notes of leather, birthday cake, cut grass, grain fields, and charred lemongrass, with a pleasant old oak wood bitterness.
