Nose
Fragrant and fruity with notes of kiwi, peach, gooseberry, grapefruit, pot pourri, green apples, pear drops, oak, and a little white pepper. Very vibrant with cooking apples and citric fruits.
Palate
More stone fruit and grapefruit with subtle fizzy oak notes. Smooth, clean arrival with vanilla, honey, pear, chilli chocolate, and pronounced oak. Ripe exotic fruits, developing into something more bitter, with maracuya sherbet, papaya, kiwi, cinnamon, and light baking spice.
Finish
Fragrant and fruity with subtle touches of oak and a suggestion of cocoa. Long and warming with bitter cocoa and chilli heat. Continues the bitter notes with breakfast grapefruit and a sprinkling of sugar. Lingering wood and spices, with mango and apricots.
