Nose
Classic Limerick style with passion fruits, mango cake, banana, papaya, fresh fruit salad, lime blossom, bergamot, and minty touches. Peach orchard, banana split, caramel, raspberry, lime cheesecake, and tropical mango bubblegum.
Palate
Fruit juice with passion fruits, lime, banana, kiwi, summery white wine feeling, fruit teas, greenness, and grapefruit. Vanilla ice cream, ocean air, peach cobbler with spices, black pepper, creme caramel, green apple, and kiwi. Soft tropical mango chewy sweets, soft spice, and dry oak.
Finish
Rather long with a bit more oak. Cloves, cinnamon, almond biscotti, milk, walnut skin, umami, and black pepper. Medium/long length with tropical fruit.
