Description

The Irishman The Harvest (formerly Founder's Reserve) is a unique Irish blended whiskey, crafted by Walsh Whiskey. It is a marriage of 70% single malt and 30% single pot still whiskeys, all triple distilled and made entirely from Irish barley. It is matured in American oak bourbon barrels, offering a flavour profile with vanilla and creamy fruit notes. It has won multiple awards, including Gold Medals at The International Spirits Challenge and The International Spirits Competition in San Francisco.
