Description

One of Glasgow's Premier Independent Whisky Bottling Companies, North Star Spirits, was established in 2016 by Iain Croucher. They are dedicated to unearthing hidden gems within the Scotch Whisky realm, meticulously curating casks and spirits. The Chaos series is known for its Islay single malts, with Batch 3 being a blended malt matured in a combination of ex-bourbon hogshead, ruby port octaves, and a sherry butt. This limited edition release was bottled at 50% ABV.
