preserved lemons, olive oil, capers in brine, mineralic, oyster shells, beach bbq, bacon drip tray, steamed sponge, pineapple juice, kiwi and passion fruit, a little camphor and zinc oxide strapping.

crisp coastal smoke, smouldering bonfire, sea spray, more tropical fruit forward than the nose with toasted pineapple, mango and passion fruit, chalk, squeezed lemon and lime, panna cotta creaminess with fruit compote on top, dill and bbq salmon, Szechuan.
