Honey on toast, a pinch of smoked paprika, subtly chocolatey.
Palate
More toast, now with salted butter. Smoky notes become earthy and rich, and pair well with the soft oaky warmth. A rich, earthy peat character balanced by sweet smoke and honeyed barley.
Finish
Bonfire embers and coastal salinity remain. Mostly salt, bitter herbs, tart citrus and copper.
