- Deep and brooding, mentholated and vapo-rub-like in the opening passes building sweeter hints of peel heavy marmalade, walnut fudge, coffee cake and burgeoning phenols.
- Palate
- Unfolds in a blast of sherry and maritime peat that fills every crevice of the mouth. More coffee cake and dark chocolate. Peppery, but ends on a plump, dried fruit note that's softer, rounder and richer than the mid palate stage.

- The maritime freshness reverberates through the aftertaste.
