Description

A Danish distillery originally founded in the basement of the Ørbæk Brewery in 2009. It moved to its own purpose-built premises in 2017 where it produces both peated and non-peated spirit on a pair of pot and column hybrid stills. Its flagship whisky brand is called Isle of Fionia. The Adventurous Spirit is described as a lively, unique jewel, a bit wild and untamed, from a superb peaty sherry puncheon from a famous distillery on Islay.
