Description

The Hearach Oloroso Cask Matured is the second permanent expression from the Isle of Harris Distillery. It is a lightly peated single malt whisky, matured entirely in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts sourced from the Bodega José y Miguel Martín in Jerez, Spain. This release (Batch 1) was bottled in 2024 at 46% ABV, without chill-filtration or added coloring.
