Fruity aroma with notes of overripe fruits, citrus, honey, banana, and pear. Hints of sulphur, grassy and hay-like scents, with delicate floral and grainy notes, and a light waft of wood smoke.
Palate
Slightly sparkling and sour with fruity notes of citrus, orange, vanilla, honey, and caramel. It is oily and subtly spicy, with earthy vanilla, chocolate-covered raisins, woody and herbal bitterness, ginger, blood orange peel, and a delicate hint of smoke.
Finish
Medium to long finish with a slight puckering sensation, transitioning to sweetness with notes of honey, peach, herbal bitterness, pepper, salt, dark chocolate, and a touch of smoke.
