Description

The Isle of Raasay Dùn Cana Sherry Quarter Cask Release First Edition is a single malt Scotch whisky that captures the essence of its remote Hebridean home. It is a blend of peated and unpeated spirit, initially matured in American rye casks from Woodford Reserve, followed by a secondary maturation in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry quarter casks. This limited release is bottled at 52% ABV, is non-chill filtered, and has natural color. [1, 3, 8, 9, 13]
