An Isle of Raasay Single Cask release bottled exclusively for Scottish wine and spirit merchants Inverarity Morton. Distilled from lightly peated malt and matured in an ex-Oloroso sherry quarter cask (Cask #21/1495), this limited single cask edition was bottled at natural cask strength of 59.8% ABV without chill filtration or artificial colouring.
