Palate
Dark fruit, oaky spice, sea salt, cinnamon pastries, and char siu ribs. Warm, juicy, fruity, and syrupy with orange, cranberry, raspberry, strawberry, cherry, and figs. Sweet and sour components, with earthy flavors and hot peppers.
Finish
Cherry cola, sultanas, and gingerbread. Medium-long with dried orange, tart cranberry, unripe or dried strawberries. Mild peat presents as an earthy influence, with lighter flavors of lemon, vanilla, and white pepper.
