Description

Raasay's signature style is a lightly peated single malt balanced with rich dark fruit flavours, inspired by older Hebridean single malts. Two Isle of Raasay spirits – peated and unpeated – are matured separately in first fill Rye whiskey, fresh Chinkapin oak and first fill Bordeaux red wine casks, then married together for the final bottling. Every drop is distilled, matured, and bottled on the island using water from the Raasay Distillery well. This release is presented as a gift pack with two branded tasting glasses.
