Gentle sweetness with floral notes, citrus aromas, and subtle smoke. Hints of pear, honey, vanilla, caramel, and warm grain, sometimes with a light charry smoke.
Palate
Peat smoke is prominent, accompanied by notes of shellfish, toffee, vanilla, heather, caramel, and sea minerality. There are also hints of dark fruit, brine, malt, and orchard fruits, with a sweet and viscous mouthfeel.
