Jack Daniel's 12 Year Old Tennessee Whiskey is a highly sought-after, age-stated release from the distillery's "Aged Series," marking the first time in a century that Jack Daniel's has offered a mainstream bottle with a specific age statement. This limited-edition whiskey is aged for 12 years in new charred American oak barrels and undergoes the traditional Lincoln County Process of charcoal mellowing before maturation. The extended aging process imparts significant oak integration, dried fruit notes, and enhanced complexity, while preserving the distinctive smooth character of Tennessee whiskey. Each release is part of limited annual batches, with Batch 01 being released in March 2023.
