Description
Jack Daniel's No. 27 Gold Double Barreled is a luxury expression of Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey. It undergoes a unique two-part process: first aged in new charred American white oak barrels, then transferred to handcrafted maple wood barrels for secondary maturation. The whiskey is also double mellowed, meaning it goes through the Lincoln County Process (charcoal filtering) twice—once before entering the oak barrels and again after exiting the maple barrels—to enhance its smoothness and impart a rich, warm finish with distinct maple and honey notes.
