Description
The world-famous Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey is produced in Lynchburg, Tennessee. It is made from a mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley, combined with iron-free water from the Cave Spring. The whiskey undergoes a unique charcoal mellowing process, known as the Lincoln County Process, where it is filtered through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal, imparting exceptional smoothness and a distinct character. It is then matured in new, charred American oak barrels until tasters deem it ready.
