Nose
Powerful yet refined, with vanilla bean, caramel, toasted oak, and a whisper of char. Layered fruit notes of ripe apples and orange zest emerge with maple sweetness, baking spices like cinnamon and clove, and a subtle tobacco-woodiness and leather. Hints of milk chocolate, cooked bananas, pine, and honey are also present.
Palate
Silky yet robust, delivering bold caramel-vanilla sweetness that deepens into dark toffee and toasted oak. Spices bloom—cinnamon, clove, a touch of pepper—carried by a creamy, slightly oily mouthfeel. Sweet fruits like raisins and figs, with undertones of vanilla and a touch of spice. Also notes of sugar, salt, wood, grape, simple syrup, saltwater taffy, cocoa, crab-apples, maple syrup, and barrel char.
Finish
Long and warm, with oak and cacao notes lingering gracefully. Vanilla and caramel, framed by toasted oak. Cinnamon and a touch of pepper weave through the sweetness, fading into cocoa and a whisper of oak smoke. A refined, lingering warmth that slowly fades to a quiet, resonant afterglow.
