Nose
An aromatic medley of sensory heaven starting with rich butterscotch pancakes, caramelised banana bread and vanilla bean, mingling effortlessly with cinnamon spice and burnt wood.
Palate
A chorus of gooey goodness; sizzling butter, warm treacle and plenty of 'Milk Chocolate'. The heat then picks up revealing darker notes of aniseed, charred oak, dry leather and tobacco ash.
Finish
Embraces the vanilla bean and cinnamon spice from the nosing with the added elements of toasted oak and distant campfire that soften to a brown-sugared tail.
