Jameson '1780' Special Reserve 12 Year Old is a blended Irish whiskey, originally named after the year the Jameson distillery was founded in Dublin. It is triple distilled and aged for a minimum of 12 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. This expression is known for its smooth, spicy, and sweet character, bridging the gap between standard blends and heavier single pot still whiskeys. This much-loved version of Jameson has been discontinued, making it a sought-after bottle.
