Punchy wood with vanilla, white pepper, grassy notes, caramel sweetness, cinnamon pastry, cloves, cocoa, fudge, banana, coconut, and a subtle charred aroma. Also butterscotch and creamy toffee.
Palate
Sweet and very oaky, with plenty of spice (white pepper, ginger, clove extract), a lightly fragrant side, roasted apple, fresh coconut, leathery caramel, apple rind, honey, light oak, red apple, green grape, and cinnamon pepper spice.
Finish
Long, with juniper, mint, yeasty bread, grainy spice, vanilla, oak, light pepper, apple rind, and a lingering smokiness.
