- Sweet fruit (peach, apple, lemon, vanilla, cream, lime), intensifies with water (apricot, plum).
- Palate
- Thin texture, tart fruit, some sweet fruit, plastic/bitter note that works. Improves with water, becoming more bubblegummy.
- Finish
- Medium. Citrus yields to spicier oak (peppery). Sweeter fruit shows up with time. Water knocks spice back.
