Nose
Oak spice prickles through thick layers of caramel, vanilla, and honeycomb. A little leather lingers underneath. Dried cherries and strawberries, with sweet and rustic oak notes.
Palate
Touches of dark fruit and orange zest complement more lush toffee sweetness, stem ginger in syrup, and baking spice. Dark syrupy cherry, juicy raisins, smooth gooey caramel sauce, rich chocolate, dense and refined oak, with a thin but silky texture.
Finish
Warming oak, dark chocolate, and butterscotch remain. Lingering dark syrupy cherries, corn, very oily, and very thick.
