Earthy aromas of light garden fruits, florals, freshly cut grass, slight smoke, pineapple acidity, malt boiled sweets, lemon peel, honey, and a touch of salt. Briny maritime smells, with hints of rhubarb, gooseberry, or grapefruit.
Palate
Rich wood notes with Highlands oak and cedar, mild smoke, malted character, sweet aromas of honeyed cereal, dried and fresh orchard fruits (pear), toffee, heather, nutty, citrus zest, salty sea air. Chocolatey, green apples, floral tea, vanilla, cinnamon, and a hint of peat.
Finish
Smoky with peat and crisp sea salt, almond nuttiness, walnuts, dried herbs, citrus blossom honey. Milk chocolate, pepper, chai tea, sweet syrup, spice and wood. Long and sophisticated.
