Description

Johnny Cree Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky is crafted at Bonnington Distillery in the Scottish Lowlands, combining artisanal tradition with a modern approach to maturation. It is an elegant and refined whisky, deeply rooted in the legacy of John Crabbie's grandson, expressing Scottish tradition through a smooth, contemporary style. Its layered maturation, involving 75% ex-Bourbon barrels, 15% new American oak, and 10% red wine casks, creates a harmonious balance of floral honey, red fruit, and gentle spice, wrapped in delicate malty sweetness. This non-peated whisky offers hints of sweet malt and heather honey on the nose, complemented by rich oak throughout the palate.
