Thick and rich with sweet sherry, marmalade, butterscotch, spice, honey, toffee, orange, floral notes, and nutty smells like Oloroso or Amontillado.
Palate
Medium-weight, spicy and rich with orange honey, toffee, cinnamon or mace, slight alkali tang like dark chocolate, good oak extract, sherry, malt, and fruit. Chewy, rich, honey sweet, and a tad spicy in a peppery manner with an oily/buttery side.
Finish
Long and rounded with honey, sherry, oaky sweetness, vanilla-like notes, ginger, and bitter chocolate.
