gentle vegetal note, potting compost and greenhouse, grape must, quince, kumquat, yellow melons and cantaloupe, sherbert lemons, banana, slightly fresh grassy note, bit of dunnage funk.
Palate
foam bananas, milk bottle sweets, overripe melon, condensed milk, that funky dunnage note is there, chalk, a little coastal saltiness, salted pistachio, tempura veg.
Finish
Characterful, funky with a good mix of sweet and savoury notes.
