Nose
Fruity and tropical, with notes of pineapple, lemongrass, meringue, oily flaxseed oil, roasted barley, and a slightly waxy, salt water taffy character. Also sweet fruit bomb, papaya, green apple, lemon frosting, vanilla, oak, malt, and ocean funk with seaweed notes.
Palate
Warm and cereal-driven, with roasted and malted barley, cornflakes, and an oily mouthfeel. With water, tropical fruits like starfruit, quince, finger bananas, and golden berries emerge. It is also salty and savory, with ginger, fennel, and earthy notes.
Finish
Medium to long in length, oily and waxy, with drying oak, barley, gentle white pepper, a hint of smoke, vanilla, and mint.
