Nose
Sea spray and singed raisins, toasted pine nuts, burnt caramel, and baked apples with a herbal edge, with aromas of honey, vanilla, sea breeze, and soft spice.
Palate
Salty and sweet—sherry-forward but still coastal, with notes of smoked dates, treacle toffee, liquorice root, and nutmeg, along with malt sweetness, caramel, orchard fruit, and gentle oak.
Finish
Charred oak, cocoa, and a maritime dryness that keeps things grounded, with lingering spice and subtle coastal notes.
