- Heavily Peated opens with aromatic canned peaches and Amaretto biscuit notes, before a sense of deep woodland bonfire smoke develops alongside the impression of sun-baked tarmac.
- Palate
- Texturally rich and round, the sweetness continues with Demerara sugar and funky, stewed tropical fruit notes, lifted by Victoria Sponge Cake. An earthy smokiness builds throughout.
- Finish
- Long and meandering, with robust notes of smouldering coals, pear drops and hessian.
