Nose
An interestingly dusty, oily profile with mulching leaves, wet hay, hints of porridge and yeast, and a mix of grease and metal.
Palate
A little raw but suiting the profile, lightly peated and quite young, very coastal with oysters, grains, earthy notes, sea spray, a hint of apple Schnapps, barley eau-de-vie, and white pepper.
Finish
Long, clean, still slightly peppery and really coastal, with a pleasant austerity.
