Palate
Mild toffee, vanilla ice cream, orchard fruits (pear and apple), subtle peat smoke, salted butter, pecan pie, soft cinnamon, baking spices, and pepper.
Finish
Medium to short, soft and lightly creamy, with cinnamon, green grass, dried apricots, toasted hazelnuts, honey sweetness, oaky spice, cocoa, and a delicate touch of smoke.
