Description

Kamiki Sakura Malt Whisky is a unique blended malt whisky from Japan, created by blending carefully selected Japanese barley whiskies with fine malt whiskies from around the world and Japanese spring water. It undergoes a distinctive triple maturation process: first in oak casks, then in Yoshino Sugi (Japanese cedarwood) casks, and finally in Sakura (Japanese cherrywood) casks. This innovative finishing process, a world first, imparts a complex flavor profile. The whisky is produced by Yoshino Spirits Co. in Soni Village, Nara, and is non-chill filtered.
