Description

A modern Japanese whisky distillery, founded in 2017 by Komasa Jyozo Co. Located along the Fukiagehama Beach in the Kagoshima Prefecture, it operates three differently-shaped pot stills to produce a variety of single malts which it then blends together. Its first whisky was released in 2021. This Kanosuke 2019 Peated expression is a single malt distilled in 2019 and bottled in 2026 at 61% ABV. It is non-chill filtered and matured in an Ex-Bourbon Cask.
