Description

A modern Japanese single malt whisky from Kanosuke Distillery, founded in 2017 in Kagoshima Prefecture. This limited quantity peated expression is part of their flagship 'Single Malt Kanosuke' series, known for its elegant and refined flavor. It features a rich and fruity mellow mouthfeel with softly swelling smoky flavors, matured predominantly in re-charred ex-shochu casks and bourbon barrels. It is non-chill filtered and was awarded Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2025.
