Kanosuke Single Malt 2018-2023 Distillery Fest.2023 In Kagoshima Japan is a limited edition single malt Japanese whisky produced by Kanosuke Distillery. Distilled from 100% malted barley, it is a blend of peated and unpeated malt, with the peated malt distilled between 2018 and 2019. It was aged for an average of 4-5 years in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels, ex-Mellowed Kozuru rice shochu American oak casks, and sherry casks. This non-chill filtered whisky was bottled in 2023 at cask strength for the Distillery Festival in Kagoshima.
