Bright and inviting with notes of cereal grains, American biscuits with honey, fresh sliced peach, yuzu/lime, vanilla cake, apple juice, banana milkshake, soft lychee juice, sweetened lemon tea with honey, oak, sweet toffee, and summer fruits.
Palate
Sweet nectarine and peach, dry oak, maltiness, candied quince, Japanese cinnamon, ginger, slightly smoked nuts, herbal notes, light honey, anise, icing sugar, minty freshness, bitter grapefruit, lemon zest, golden syrup sponge, brandy, vanilla, and charred oak.
Finish
Light with lingering notes of malt, sweet stone fruit, oak, elegant sweet bitterness, orange and lemon peels, wood spice, hints of shochu, medicinal notes, menthol, and toasted oak.
