Kanosuke The Mellow Bar Reserve is Kanosuke's flagship single malt whisky, created as a travel retail exclusive. It is produced from three unique pot stills and matured in re-charred American white oak casks that previously held the family's cask-matured shochu. The whisky also includes single malt matured in Mizunara, Sherry, and other casks, contributing to its full flavor and rich depth.
