Description

This Karuizawa 2000 Single Cask #7608 is a Japanese single malt whisky distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2018 at a cask strength of 62% ABV. Matured in a single sherry cask, it is part of the 'Flower & Bird' series, featuring Japanese artist Katsushika Hokusai's 'Bush Warbler & Roses' on its label. Only 479 bottles of this rare whisky were released. The Karuizawa distillery, established in 1955, was mothballed in 2000, making its remaining stocks highly sought after.
