Rich sherry-cask notes – dates, prunes and raisins, with spice and savoury umami touches. Dark raisins, fig, stewed plum, cocoa powder, and roasted nuts.
Palate
Sweet and thick, with dried berries, black pepper, tobacco and dark chocolate. Bold and velvety with dried fruit, toffee, baking spices, dark chocolate, and oak.
Finish
The dark chocolate fades to reveal sweet fruit. Long and warming, with lingering notes of nutmeg, leather, and sherry-soaked fruit.
