- Clean and complex with multi-layers of dried fruit, nuttiness and spices with some marzipan and vanilla touches. Big hit of sherry, rich and syrupy with raisins, treacle, berries & cherries soaking in booze, toasted nuts and cinnamon.
- Palate
- Rich, oily and full with pleasant dried fruit and spices that linger, plus a hint of fine coffee. Intense sweetness with dark chocolate sauce, cardamom, treacle tart, and ginger spices. Oily texture with a spicy raisin quality.
- Finish
- Long, slightly tannic, with coffee powder, cassis and tobacco. Features spiced fruits and a warming sensation, fading to nuttiness and ground coffee.
