A rich fusion of vanilla and caramelized sugars with dark chocolate, ripe melon, mango, kiwi, and citrus fruits. Notes of red wine mustiness, cooked red fruit, bourbon-y notes, dried fruits, nutmeg, marmalade, cinnamon, aniseed, apple, winter spiced tea, and cherries.
Palate
Big and bold with incredible bursts of fruit, tropical flavors, caramel, and red fruit. It is complex, tart, tangy, juicy, and viscous, with dark fruits, plum jam, orange, and dark muscovado sugar. Freshly sweet and warming, with infused wood, apple, cinnamon, and citrus.
Finish
Long and complex, with dancing spices, red fruits, tropical fruits, sweet corn, red wine tannins, sweet spiced tea, drying wood, white grapes, and chocolate.
