A rich fusion of vanilla and caramelized sugars with dark chocolate, ripe melon, mango, kiwi, and citrus fruits. Notes of cinnamon, aniseed, apple, winter spiced tea, and characteristic Kavalan cherries are also present, with a hint of pepper and licorice.
Palate
Freshly sweet and warming, with infused wood, apple, cinnamon, and citrus. It develops tropical notes, with hints of bourbon, vanilla cream, caramel, chocolate, and vibrant spices. Big and bold with bursts of fruit and red fruit.
Finish
Long and complex, with dark and sweet fruits, caramelized sugars, dark chocolate, and almond. It has a clean and complex character, with dancing spices, red fruits, tropical fruits, and a dry quality with red wine tannins.
