Description

Distilled and bottled in Bardstown, Kentucky, this is "the wise man's bourbon." Kentucky Owl was a 2014 re-addition to the world of American whisky, as the original Dedman family distillery was left high and dry by prohibition in the 1920s. Revived by great-grandson, Dixon Dedman, this is an artfully blended craft bourbon, bottled at barrel proof, uncut and unfiltered. Batch #8 is noted as the biggest, boldest, and most robust release of Kentucky Owl to date.
