Description

Kilchoman Distillery was founded in 2005 and is the only distillery on Islay to grow its own barley. Kilchoman is one of the smallest distilleries in Scotland and the first to be built on Islay for 124 years. Kilchoman spirit is filled into a combination of fresh bourbon and oloroso sherry casks. This single cask was filled into a fresh bourbon barrel and matured for four and a half years.
